　　(二)ORIE硕士申请条件

　　1、需提前完成3门基础学科(一门线性代数的课程，一门中级概率和统计的课程，以及一门编程的课程)

　　Cornell Tech’s ORIE Masters is ideal for students with a passion for using data-derived insights to shape business decisions. The technical requirements are that you have completed one course on linear algebra, one course on intermediate-level probability and statistics, and one course on programming before applying.

　　Here at Cornell Tech, you will be part of an environment where creativity, technical depth and leadership share seats at the table. We value expressions of who you are and what you add to this formula. Please submit a one- to two-page statement that describes your interest in this program at Cornell Tech. Your submission should highlight personal experiences that demonstrate your creativity, leadership and technical abilities.

　　In particular, feel free to elaborate on technical projects you have completed, their creative and technical aspects; any entrepreneurial or leadership experiences; your professional career goals; the benefit you envision being part of the tech ecosystem in New York City; and, why this program is the one for you.

　　Letter of Recommendation: Applicants are advised to submit two letters of recommendation.

　　4、不强制递交GRE成绩，但是有时间，建议参与考试，并获得有竞争力的分数。

　　Due to continued limitations as a result of COVID-19, the GRE General Test is not required and will not be accepted.

　　Cornell Tech requires that transcripts from colleges and universities outside the U.S. and Canada undergo a course-by-course analysis by an expert academic credential evaluator in the United States.

　　5、托福及雅思语言成绩

　　Our minimum score requirements are 100 for the TOEFL and 7.0 for the IELTS test.

　　6、视频面试

　　Competitive applicants will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview via an online platform. A small percentage of our interviewees may also be asked to complete an online technical assessment designed to test their foundation in programming and advanced mathematics.
