1. 耶鲁大学法学院(不接受托福家考)

　　At the moment we are not accepting the Special Home Edition if another form of TOEFL is available. We are accepting the TOEFL ITP from China, however the Vericant speaking part is also required. We do not accept the IELTS.

　　Stanford Law School will accept TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition or TOEFL ITP Plus Test due to the impact of COVID-19.We do not accept IELTS.

　　We do not accept IELTS scores in place of the TOEFL requirement. We will accept an at-home TOEFL score for the 2021-2022 application cycle if that is the only test available. We will accept the ITP TOEFL only as an interim measure until the IBT TOEFL resumes. Please note that we expect that any applicant admitted to the program with an at-home TOEFL or ITP TOEFL score will be required to submit a satisfactory IBT TOEFL score as a condition of admission.

　　For academic year 2021-2022 only, Columbia Law School will accept the following Toefl exams:* TOEFL iBT/TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition/TOEFL ITP Plus for China. We don’t accept the IELTS test.

　　We strongly encourage all applicants to take the TOEFL iBT test if available in your home country. We recognize that the availability of the TOEFL iBT test will vary widely depending on the public health guidance in your home country and are therefore accepting the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition and TOEFL ITP Plus for China if you are unable to take the TOEFL iBT. Please submit TOEFL iBT and TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition scores through LSAC. Please submit TOEFL ITP Plus for China scores through your Vericant account.

　　Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, exclusively for applications for the LLM starting Autumn 2021, the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition will be accepted. However, the IELTS Indicator, TOEFL ITP Plus will not accepted.

　　官网：Applicants are strongly advised to register for and take one of the approved tests at a test center, if at all possible. These tests are currently available at testing centers in many countries around the globe. For applicants unable to submit an official score from a test administered at a center by the application deadline, the Committee on Graduate Admissions will accept the scores after the deadline. Please be sure to enter the test date of any appointment you have scheduled on the online application form. If you schedule an appointment after submitting your application, please email us to share the date on which you plan to take the test so that we can expect your official score.

　　Due to exceptional circumstances, in addition to the in-person versions of the IETLS and TOEFL tests, Penn Carey Law will be accepting the IELTS Indicator, TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition, and the TOEFL ITP Plus this fall for students in countries/regions where an in-person test is not available. In person tests are required where available and applicants who submit the remote version may be asked to submit to a subsequent in-person test if it becomes available and/or require that they undergo additional language assessment prior to a final admissions decision and/or matriculation.

　　8. 弗吉尼亚大学法学院(临时性接受托福家考)

　　If testing centers are closed in your area due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UVA will temporarily accept the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test or the TOEFL ITP Plus.

　　We strongly prefer the TOEFL tests described above as proof of your English proficiency. If you cannot take the TOEFL modalities described above for any reason, we may be able to accept the IELTS Indicator test. In this case you may want to include a note to the admissions committee to explain why you were unable to access the TOEFL test.

　　9. 西北大学法学院(不接受托福家考)

　　We still prefer the iBT test to be taken at a test center. At this time, our admissions committee is not accepting the home edition of the TOEFL. I know that TOEFL is slowly re-opening centers in China. If you are in an area where the test is not being offered, you may petition to have the ITP Plus as a replacement test. Please note that if your petition is approved, you may be required to conduct an online video interview with a member of the Northwestern admissions staff and/or take additional assessments to demonstrate English-language capability. Further, your admission may be contingent upon your taking the TOEFL at a test center later in the process. We do not accept the IELTS indicator.

　　10. 加州大学伯克利分校法学院(目前接受托福家考)

　　We are currently accepting the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition and IELTS Indicator for the 2021-22 LL.M. application. These scores can be reported to LSAC through the usual method. At this time, we are not accepting the TOEFL ITP Plus for China.

　　Temporarily, where testing centers are closed as a result of the pandemic, we are also happy to accept the TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test or the TOEFL ITP Plus, as well as the IELTS Indicator.
